Chimney Joint Connection
Surface Preparation
All components have a male and a female end. The installation orientation is indicated on the labeling of each pipe section with an arrow. The arrow
indicates the direction of the exhaust gases. Clean all inner and outer surfaces of male and female ends with an appropriate organic solvent, such as
acetone or other commercial degreaser before applying a sealant.
