
2 Usage
Move your center of gravity backwards or forwards to roll the ICAROS Cloud in the respective direction. Make sure that your
back remains straight while doing so.
Move your center of gravity to the sides of the ICAROS Cloud to roll it to the left or right. When you keep your balance, your
muscles are activated.
By balancing and shifting the center of gravity, different positions on the device can be taken dynamically. Even small weight
shifts are sufficient to trigger tilting movements. Avoid very fast or jerky movements to reduce the risk of injury.
