PROBLEMS
SOLUTION
The equipment does
not turn on 1.
Is the power cable properly connected?
If it is not, it is necessary to connect it. Also check the
socket on the wall.
The equipment does
not turn on 2.
Have you checked the safety fuse?
Check if there is not a
bad contact.
Also check if the
value is correct, as stated in the instructions for use.
The
equipment
is
turned on, but it does
not
execute
the
function.
Have you followed the recommendations of the
instructions to use the equipment correctly?
Check them and repeat the steps recommended in the
item about
controllers
,
indicators
and
operation.
WARRANTY TERMS
1)
Your IBRAMED product is guaranteed against manufacturing defects,
whenever the established conditions presented in these instructions for use are
considered, for 18 continuous months.
2)
The warranty period starts from the date of purchase to the first consumer
purchaser, even if the product is transferred to third parties. The warranty will
cover the replacement of component parts and labor to repair the defects
whenever it is possible to determine the presence of a manufacturing defect.
3)
The customer service during the warranty period will be made
exclusively
at
IBRAMED sale point, by IBRAMED itself or another one explicitly designated
by the manufacturer through written authorization.
4)
This warranty
will not cover the damages
caused to the product resulting
from:
a)
Failure to follow the specifications and recommendations of these
instructions of use during installation or use of the product.
b)
Accidents or natural agents, connections to electrical system with
inappropriate voltage and / or subject to excessive fluctuation or overcharge.
c)
The equipment had suffered bad use, lack of care, alterations, modifications
or repair made by people or entities not authorized by IBRAMED.
d)
In the case of removal or adulteration of the serial number of the equipment.
