Liquid crystal display and fields
“default”
of the equipment programming.
Note that the parameter field PEELING MODE
is with a cursor flashing on letter C of
the word CONT (continuous). This is the parameters selection cursor. It will always be
displayed whenever the device is being programmed.
5th step:
BACK
and
NEXT
control keys (3) are used to select the necessary
parameters to the treatment. When pressing the NEXT key you will be moving
forward to another parameter. When pressing the BACK key you will be moving
backwards to the previous parameter. Note that after each selection made through the
BACK and NEXT keys, the chosen parameter will keep
flashing.
6th step: SET + and SET –
control keys (4) are used to the choice of values of each
parameter necessary to the therapy.
SET +
increasing values and
SET –
decreasing
values.
7th step: START / STOP
(6)
control key; the same key has two functions. START –
starting the treatment. STOP – stopping the treatment (always press the center of this
key). Once the parameters and their values are respectively chosen (as described in the
previous paragraphs), press the START key. Note that the parameter selection cursor
stops flashing now. The programming will be in execution at this moment. Now
choose the ultrasound peeling intensity necessary for the treatment or of (GMES or
MENS). If you wish to interrupt the application just press the STOP key, the
parameters will start flashing again and a new programming should be performed.
When the scheduled time finishes, a sound signal will be heard (several “beeps”) and
the ultrasound peeling or current emission will be interrupted. Press the STOP key so
that the sound signal is turned off and the equipment returns to the programming
condition.
8th step: U
P/DOWN
control Keys (7) orange channel – CURRENT INTENSITY
(µA);
once the START key is pressed, the equipment starts executing the parameters chosen by the
operator. At this moment these UP/DOWN keys (orange colored) start the operation to
increase or reduce the current intensity (MENS or GMES).
