The rotor is blocked
Disassemble the motor and
check if the rotor can rotate
normally, If not then clean up
the impurities to make the
rotor part rotate flexibly
Overvoltage/
undervoltage

The input voltage is
too high or too low
Check if the voltage is within
normal range, if not then adjust
to normal voltage
Open phase
protection
One or more phases of
the internal connection
circuit is disconnected
Replace the pump
Over current
protection
Short circuit of
internal
connection circuit
Replace the pump
In case of falilures, the electrical control will reacto to some of the faults and protect the
pump.The protection (error) codes on display panel shows in the following table:

Warning
: Before any maintenance or repair activities, make sure that the power
supply is cut off and cannot be turned on by accident.

The pump fails to

Tripped installation fuse Check the cause, replace the fuse
Overcurrent circuit breaker switched off Start the breaker
Pump damaged Replace the pump
Voltage too low
Check if the main voltage is compliant with
the supplier’s specification
Pump rotor blocked Unlock the rotor

Air in the installation Vent the installation
Loud pump

Inflow pressure too low - cavitation Decrease the inflow pressure at the pump inlet
Pump parameters too low
If possible, increase the pump operation
