Problem Determination and Service Guide
This document is in PDF on the IBM Documentation CD. It contains information

1. Go to http://www.ibm.com/support/.
2. In the Browse by topic section, click publications .
3. On the Publications page, in the Brand field, select Servers .
4. In the Family field, select x3800 .
5. Click Continue .
