2. Have the customer verify host and print server configuration. Including IP
address, gateway address, and subnet mask.
3. Have the customer check physical network cabling.
LAN card communicates
with host but printer does
not print Data stream problem 1. Have the customer check print job stream.
2. Take a data trace of the attachment and contact support.
