IBM Flex System V7000 Storage Node Introduction and Implementation Guide

In some cases, for administrative purposes, you may want to remove MDisks from storage
pools to reorganize your storage allocation. You can remove MDisks from storage pools by
selecting the MDisks and clicking Remove from Pool from the Actions drop-down menu
(Figure 8-31).
