8. Attach the controller to the computer chassis with the bracket screw.
9. Attach the cables, as needed, to the connectors on the controller.
10. Reinstall the computer cover, reattach the power cords, and turn on
the power to the computer.
5.1.1 Connecting the iBBU Remotely to the ServeRAID M5025
SAS/SATA Controller
You can use the supplied 20-pin cable to connect the iBBU remotely to
the ServeRAID M5025 controller. Follow these steps to install the iBBU
remotely to the controller.
1. Ground yourself, and remove the iBBU from the package.
2. Use the three Phillips-head screws that are provided to secure the
iBBU to the motherboard or the server chassis.
