Section 3.  Installing Adapters in All Models

4.  Connect any cables you disconnected earlier.  Arrange the cables 

so that you can fit the rear cover in place.

After you have installed the options, it is important to record 

hardware changes on the record stored in the system.  Verify 

the options installation by following the procedure in Section 9, 

“Checking Out the Option Installation” on page 9-1.

If you need to set up the system, go to the check list in Section 1 of 

IBM RT PC User Setup Guide

 for instructions to continue the setup 

process.
