Appendix D. Additional Warranty Information

The Access Utility comes with a 1-year hardware warranty. In the United States the warranty is a 1 year

advanced mail-in service (available Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). Defective parts are

provided usually within 24 hours, if the request is made before 3 P.M. Availability of this mail-in service

varies in other geographies and customers should contact their local IBM sales office or authorized

business partners for details.

Additional warranty service upgrades are available, which include IBM on-site services. IBM warranty

upgrade services can be found at:
