CAUTION:
Wait until fans have stopped rotating before removing the fan assembly.

Attention:

Never leave tools inside the device.

Removing the fan tray

Use the following procedures to remove the fan tray from B24X devices.

in Figure 24 shows the location of the fan tray.

1. Disconnect the power cords from the power supplies.

2. Loosen the two captive screws on the front plate of the fan tray and slide the

tray out of the device as shown in Figure 25.

3. Insert the replacement fan tray, as shown in Figure 26 on page 41, and push it

all the way into the slot to connect the interface.
