Warning!
Only disconnect the tubing when there is no pressure on the gas line. First, switch off the pressure
from the gas line. Control the remaining pressure on the gas line’s pressure reducing valve. Then,
remove the tubing.
5.1.2
Connection of the Heated Tubing Package and the Humidifying Column
There are two lines coming from the Gas Mixer output. One goes to the Humidifying Column, the
other directly to the Heated Chamber.

1. Connect the two gas outlets of the Gas Mixer to the white (1) and yellow (2) marked gas tubing
to Output 1 and Output 2 on the back wall of the Gas Mixer.
2. Connect the plug of the electrical cable (next to the white and yellow gas tubing) to the ”Heater”
socket.
3. Connect the blue and red marked gas tubing to the respective inputs on the Humidifying Col-
umn.
4. To connect the electrical cable to the Humidifying Column, plug the cable into the connector on
the column’s base. Please make sure that the red dot on the cable and connector line up. Gently
push to connect the plug.
