switches to dark state and release it to check that the filter returns
to the light state.
LOW BATTERY INDICATOR
The low battery indicator (II) lights when *2-3 days of battery life
remain. If battery power is low, replace the battery.
Unlock the battery compartment (V) and replace with a 3V CR2032
lithium battery
(coin cell type).
SENSITIVITY CONTROL
Use control to make the lens more responsive to different light
levels in various welding processes.

The sensitivity can be set to LOW or HIGH by using the infinitely
dial knob
(III)
.

The LOW setting suits excess ambient light or with another
welding machine close by. The HIGH setting suits low amperage
welding and welding in areas with low light conditions.

Use a Mid-Range (30-50%) sensitivity for most applications.
It may be necessary to adjust helmet sensitivity to accommodate
different lighting conditions or if lens is flashing On and Off.
DELAY CONTROL
The lens delay control
(IV)
is used to adjust the time for the lens to
switch to the clear state after welding.

Lens delay adjusts from min (0.1 sec) to max (1 sec).

The delay is particularly useful in eliminating bright rays present
in higher amperage applications where the molten puddle
remains bright momentarily after welding.
