Check to make sure that the circuit breaker is
in the "ON" position.
After making sure that the total wattage of
the electrical appliance is within permissible
limits and there are no defects in the
appliances, turn the circuit breaker to the
"ON" position. If the circuit breakers continue
to trip then please contact your local dealer.
Check AC and DC terminal for a possible loose
connection.
Secure the connection if necessary.
Check to see if any appliance is connected
whilst trying to start the generator.
Turn off the switch on the appliance and
disconnect the appliance cable/plug from the
receptacle/socket. Reconnect only after the
generator has started and is running
smoothly.
Low and or irregular power output from the
generator.
Check if the carbon brushes are excessively
worn and replace if necessary.
