Cleaner will not switch on / 

battery power indicator is 

flashing

Flat battery

Place the cleaner into the 

charging base

The cleaner can’t be charged

The cleaner is not placed 

properly in the charging base
The charging base is not 

connected to the mains power 

supply

Replace the cleaner into the 

charging base
Reconnect the charging 

adaptor to the charging base 

(the charging base is not a 

serviceable part)
Plug the charging adaptor into a 

different power socket

Reduced suction

Dust bin filter is not installed
Dust bin is full of dust
Dust bin filter is filled with dust

Reinstall the filter
Empty the dust bin
Clean or replace the filter.

Dust bin can’t be reinstalled

The cyclone filter and dust bin 

filter are not installed properly 

Reinstall the cyclone filter and 

dust bin filter according to these 

instructions 

Roller brush does not spin

The roller brush is blocked

Take out the roller brush from 

the power head and remove any 

hair from the roller brush
