Maintenance

7.1

Brush replacement

The brushes are attached to the lance via a bayonet fitting.

WARNING

The wires on the steel brush are sharp and bended after use, make sure you do not cut
yourself and grab the brush by the top.

1.

Make sure the i-gum

®

is turned off and completely cooled down.

2.

Unscrew the old brush by a small turn clockwise (right) and pull (Figure 31).

3.

Take a new brush and press and turn counterclockwise (left) until in place (Figure 32).
