Calibration

 

•

The red sensor status icon is displayed.

1.  Perform 2-Point Cal

2.  If needed, repeat 2-Point Cal process.

Cartridge Data
Copy

 

•

The analyzer does not recognize USB memory.

1.  Remove USB memory from the USB port.

2.  Insert USB memory into a different USB port.

3.  If it still does not work, try a different USB memory.

“

Cartridge data copy has failed

” message appears while the data 

copy is in progress.

1.  Close the message popup window and try again from the beginning.

2.  Select desired cartridge data and press 

 .

Installation

 

•

The screen does not proceed to the Warm-up screen after a cartridge 
is installed in the analyzer.

1.  Check if the cartridge is an authorized CarePak cartridge.

2.  Check if the expiration date is valid.

3.  Check if the cartridge has not been previously used.

4.  Re-open and close the cartridge door.
