Troubleshooting

8. Troubleshooting

Battery

In case you experience one of the following issues:

 

The analyzer is turned off as soon as the power cable is disconnected 
from the outlet

 

The analyzer is turned off during a short power outage

 

The battery does not recharge.

1.  If the analyzer is on, please turn it off.

2.  Check if the connection between the analyzer and the outlet is loose.

3.  Stabilize any loose power connection.

4.  Turn the power switch on.

5.  The analyzer should be turned on and the battery starts charging.

6.  If the analyzer is not on, turn off the power switch again.

7.  Charge the battery for approximately 10 minutes.

8.  Turn on the analyzer’s power switch back on.

9.  Check the battery level while the analyzer is on.

10. In case the charging level does not go up, contact your reseller or © 

i-SENS Customer Service center.

11. The analyzer will operate properly as long as it is connected with the 

power cable until the battery is replaced.

 

If the “

Battery is low

” appears.

1.  Check if the power connection between the analyzer and the power is 

loose.

2.  Fix any loose power connection.
