4 Using the "Heart Beat"
4.9 Transferring stored data to PC
If the "Heart Beat" software is installed on your PC you can evaluate the stored "Heart
Beat" readings. For simple data transfer in seconds, the "Heart "Beat" has an infrared
eye.
Hold the START/STOP key down. If the MENU key is also pressed within 5 seconds,
the display will show "co". The device is now in communication mode.
Place the "Heart Beat" approx. 10 cm from the infrared eye of your computer. If your
computer does not yet have an infrared eye for data capture, this is available from
HDP GmbH as an accessory. Please contact your dealer if necessary. Data transfer
can only be triggered via the software.
End the communication mode ("co" display) by pressing any key once.
4.10 Deleting stored data
If the START/STOP key is held down for more than 10 seconds, the stored
measurements are deleted. After 5 seconds the "Clr" display appears and
an acoustic signal alerts you to the imminent deletion.
