Retrieve Images from a PACS
1. Start SmartScan STUDIO
QR.
2. Query for patient studies by
entering one or more of the
following: Patient ID,
Accession Number, Last
Name, First Name,
Scheduled Procedure Start
Date Range (From – To),
Study ID.
3. Select
Query
. Query
results are listed. See table
below for status messages
that may be displayed in the
query field.
4. View results and select the desired entry from the list. Select
Retrieve
to retrieve
patient study and copy it to the local workstation where it can be opened in a
supported viewer (TxSTUDIO).
5. Select
View Log
as needed to review transactions that were completed or check for
failures. If a failure occurs, contact your local PACS administrator.
Query/Retrieve Status Messages
Message Action
PACS server list can not be
empty No server configured for Q/R. Go to ‘Config’ option and
add Server configuration. Contact local PACS
administrator.
Invalid date range “From Date” value is more than “To Date” value.
Error in list view population.
Please check log for error. Error in one or more results while populating list view of
the query results received.
No record found against request Cannot find patient(s) that matches the selected criteria.
Querying canceled by user Query canceled before completion.
