i-CAT FLX User Manual

Monitor Image Storage from SmartScan STUDIO to a PACS

1. At the clinical workstation, start SmartScan STUDIO Manager.

2. Select

Exam List

and locate the study to be monitored.

3. In the

PACS Status

column, image status for a study is listed. Entries are:

4. To manually queue a study to be sent to the PACS, select

next to the study. The

following message is displayed: “Queuing study for sending to selected PACS,
Please wait.”
If the queue fails, the following message is displayed: “Failed to queue study for
sending to selected PACS. Please check network connectivity and if needed, call
Tech Support.”

5. If an image fails to be sent or committed successfully to the PACS, contact your local

PACS administrator.

Study sent to remote successfully.

Committed

Storage commit performed successfully

Send Failed

Failed to send study to PACS.

Commit Failed

Study sent to PACS but failed to perform Storage Commit.
