- Non toccare o avvicinarsi alla fune in
prossimità del tamburo e della
puleggia.
- Utilizzare sempre elmetto, scarpe
antinfortunistiche, guanti da lavoro.
Evitare di indossare indumenti con
facili appigli. Si consiglia pertanto di
far uso di una tuta da lavoro
abbottonata e senza appendici
volanti.
- Durante il lavoro non toccare e
avvicinarsi agli organi in movimento
del verricello (tamburo, pressacavo,
ecc.)
- Prima di iniziare il lavoro è fatto
obbligo verificare con molta
attenzione l’integrità della redancia,
della tasca e della fune. Le più
frequenti cause di danneggiamento
della fune sono:

lo scarrucolamento e lo sfregamento
contro parti in movimento (1)

lo scorrimento su pulegge logorate (2)

la deformazione plastica dovuta a
schiacciamento (3)

l’eccessivo attorcigliamento (4).
- Do NOT approach or touch the cable
near the drum or pulley.
- Always wear a helmet, industrial
footwear and gloves. Do NOT wear
loose or baggy clothing. Personnel
must wear overalls secured using
buttons and without loose or baggy
parts.
- During operation do NOT approach or
touch the moving parts on the winch
(drum, cable press, etc.)
- Before starting work carefully check
the integrity of the thimble, pocket and
cable. The most frequent cause of
damage to the cable are as follows:

rubbing against moving parts (1)

running over worn pulleys (2)

deformation of plastic due to crushing (3)

excessive twisting (4)
- Das Seil nicht berühren und nicht in
die Nähe der Trommel und der
Seilscheibe kommen.

Immer Schutzhelm, Sicherheits-
schuhe und Arbeitshandschuhe
tragen. Keine Kleidung tragen, die
leicht hängen bleiben kann. Es
empfiehlt sich daher, einen
zugeknöpften Arbeitsoverall ohne
flatternde Teile zu tragen.

Während der Arbeit nicht die
beweglichen Teile der Winde
(Trommel, Kabelklemme usw.)
berühren und nicht in ihre Nähe
kommen.
- Vor Beginn der Arbeit muss die
Unversehrtheit der Kausche, der
Tasche und des Seils genau
kontrolliert werden. Die häufigsten
Ursachen für die Beschädigung des
Seiles sind:

Entgleisen des Seiles und Reiben
gegen in Bewegung befindliche Teile (1)

Laufen auf abgenutzten Seilscheiben (2)

plastische Verformung durch Einquet-
schen (3)

übermäßige Verdrehung (4).
