C.6 MESSA

FUORI

SERVIZIO DELLA GRU

Alla fine della propria vita o per altre
cause può rendersi necessaria la
messa fuori servizio della gru.

La messa fuori servizio della

gru deve essere eseguita presso un
centro di assistenza autorizzato.

C.6.1 DISINSTALLAZIONE

1. Predisporre un luogo adatto allo
smantellamento, ed un apparecchio di
sollevamento di adeguata capacità.

2. Dopo avere posizionato l’autocarro,
con freno di stazionamento inserito,
chiudere la gru in configurazione di
trasporto.

3. Rimuovere le connessioni elettriche
dall'impianto dell’autocarro.

4. Rimuovere i collegamenti idraulici
con la pompa e col serbatoio, prestando
attenzione alla fuoriuscita di olio.

5. attaccare la gru ad un apparecchio di
sollevamento e rimuovere i tiranti di
fissaggio.

6. Sollevare la gru tramite l’apposito
attacco posto sulla sommità del
1°braccio e poi depositarla sul terreno
in una posizione piana e stabile.

7. Rimuovere la pompa, la presa di
forza e l'albero cardanico e ripristinare i
coperchi originali sulla presa del
camion.

8. Proteggere tutte le parti smontate
dagli agenti atmosferici.

 Tutti le parti della gru,

(plastica, batterie, olio idraulico tubi,
ecc.) devono essere stoccate in
maniera appropriata per evitare
contaminazioni ambientali.

C.6 TAKING

THE

CRANE OUT OF SERVICE

At the end of its working life or for other
reasons, it may be necessary to take
the crane out of service.

You must contact an

authorised assistance center to take
the crane out of order.

C.6.1 DISASSEMBLY

1. Prepare a site suitable for
disassembly and a lifting device of
sufficient capacity.

2. After positioning the truck and
applying the parking brake, fold the
crane into its transport configuration.

3. Detach the electrical connections
from the truck’s electrical system.

4. Disconnect the hydraulic connections
to pump and tank. Beware of escaping
oil.

5. Connect the crane to a lifting device,
remove the tie mounting rods.

6. Lift the crane by means of the
attachment located on the top of the first
boom and place it in a flat and stable
position on the ground.

7. Remove pump, PTO and cardan
shaft and replace the original covers on
the vehicle’s gearbox take-off.

8. Protect all disassembled crane parts
from atmospheric agents.

All crane parts (plastics,

batteries, hydraulic oil, hoses, etc.)
must be properly disposed to protect
the environment.

C.6 AUßER

BETRIEB-

SETZEN DES KRANS

Am Ende der Lebensdauer des Kranes
oder aus anderen Gründen muss der
Kran außer Betrieb gesetzt werden

Um den Kran außer Betrieb zu

setzen, ist es nötig, sich an ein
autorisiertes Service-Center wenden

.

C.6.1 DEMONTAGE

1. Dazu bereitet man einen für die
Demontage geeigneten Ort und ein
Hebewerkzeug mit zweckmässiger
Tragkraft vor.

2. Nachdem man den LKW abgestellt
und die Feststellbremse angezogen hat,
bringt man den Kran in Transport

-

stellung.

3. Alle elektrischen Anschlüsse zur
LKW-Anlage lösen.

4. Die hydr. Anschlüsse zur Pumpe und
zum Tank lösen: achtgeben dass kein
Öl ausläuft.

5. Den Kran an einem Hebegerät
befestigen und  die Kransockel

-

befestigungen entfernen.

6. Den Kran mit Hilfe der dazu
bestimmten Transportöse an der Spitze
des 1.Auslegers heben und ihn dann in
eine flache und feste Stellung am
Boden abstellen.

7. Pumpe, Zapfwelle, Gelenkwelle
entfernen und die Originaldeckel auf
den Entnahmestellen des Fahrzeug

-

getriebes anbringen.

8. Alle demontierte Kranteile müssen
vor Witterungseinflüsse geschützt
werden.

Alle Kranteile (Plastik,

Batterien, Öl, Schläuche, usw.)
müssen passend gelagert werden,
um Umweltschäden zu vermeiden.
