Please refer to operational procedures for the return of faulty
product back to the HANZ.

Install a new radio following above procedures.

Complete installation of radio into dash, (see over the page).
Press the radio firmly on the front at each end
(See photo).
15) When you hear the sound of the click-lock,
this indicates the radio is locked into the install
sleeve.
(If OK go to step 15 on last page)
•
If you cannot hear the click-lock
sound, this suggests the radio is
not locked into position.
•
Remove the radio. Check that the
radio harness is towards the rear
and is not impeding the insertion of
the radio.
•
Re-insert the radio and push it
firmly into position until you hear
the click-lock sound.
•
Confirm that the radio is secure.
NOTE: If the radio does not slide into position, this may indicate that the
installation sleeve needs repositioning.
•
To reposition the install sleeve, you will
need to remove the vehicle front dash
facia.
Fresh air cable
(1) Lower/Remove glove box front cover by
removing left and right hand rubber stoppers
to allow access to the fresh air cable.

(2) Unhook fresh air cable from anchor.
(3) Disconnect the control cables for the
Heater
Air mode control
Located up from the driver’s footrest.
