This gas combination (Hypertherm recommends a mixture of 35% hydrogen and 65% argon for the plasma gas)

gives good cut speed, low dross levels and is very economical.

See Section 7 for installation and operation with Argon-Hydrogen Manifold.

Set plasma gas inlet pressure to 120 psi (8.3 bar)
Set shield gas inlet pressure to 90 psi (6.2 bar)
