X-RES

 

 

 

 

The nose can now be sanded flat from the beginning to the 2 mm strip and a 4x10mm balsa strip 
leading edge is glued on. Now the middle 1.5mm sheeting is glued on.  Sand the leading edge to shape 
using the ply jigs to get the correct shape.  Each jig has the corresponding rib location on it.
