OIL COOLER

DISASSEMBLY

● Remove the oil cooler cover.

REMOUNTING

● Remounting the oil cooler by reversing the

sequence of disassembling steps.

● Loosen the union bolt ① of the cylinder head,

and inspect the air bleeding and oil.

● Remove the screws.

● Remove the union bolts and detach the oil cooler.

NOTE:
Draw out and push for face of the spring seat.

NOTE:
When reassemble after remove the union bolt, do
not remove except special case that fold of the
hose, the others, are affected according to
assemble angle.

Union bolt : 20~25 N∙m (2.0~2.5 kg∙m)
