THROTTLE VALVE

DISASSEMBLY

● Disconnect the seat and fuel tank. (See page 3-2)
● Looen the carburetor top ① and disconnect the

throttle valve.

● Remove the throttle cable from the throttle valve

② and disconnect the throttle cable.

● Disconnect the throttle valve spring and carburetor

top from the throttle cable.

● Draw out the retainer clip ③ and disconnect the

jet needle ④.

● Inspect the jet needle and wear, damage of the

throttle valve ⑤.
