BEARING

● When press the bearing, use the special tool.

STEERING STEM NUT

● Tighten the steering stem nut with the special tool.

HANDLEBARS

● Set the handlebars to match its punched mark to

the mating face of the holder.

● Secure the each handlebar clamp in such a way

that the clearances ahead of and behind the
handlebars should be equalized.

● Turn the steering stem right and left, lock-to-

lock, five or six times.

● Tighten the steering stem head bolt to the spec-

ified torque.

Clamp wrench : 09940-10122
steering stem nut : 40~50 N∙m (4.0~5.0kg∙m)

Steering stem head bolt : 80~100 N∙m

(8.0~10.0 kg∙m)

After performing the adjustment and installing 
the steering stem upper bracket, “rock”the front 
wheel assembly forward and backward to ensure 
that there is no play and that the procedure was 
accomplished correctly. If play is noticeable, 
re-adjust the steering stem nut.

CAUTION

Handlebars : 18~28 N∙m (1.8~2.8 kg∙m)
