3. If the jam occurs in the Stack section, move the Push-Plate down by turning the green knob D

clockwise so that the jammed bill can be seen.

4. Turn the knob E counterclockwise to take out the jammed bills as much as you can, and then

remove the bills completely with the other hand.

5. If the jam occurs in the separation section, turn the green knob D counterclockwise to move the

Push-

Plate upwards (see the step “3)”).

6. Turn the Knob F counterclockwise while pressing the Front-Plate with one hand and remove the

jammed bill.
