12. WARRANTY AND SERVICE
The product has a 2 years warranty, except for batteries for which a 6 months warranty
is valid from the date of sale of the product. In case of a defect, the product should be
returned to the shop where it was purchased, remembering to provide the proof of
purchase. The product should be complete and preferably packed in its original
packaging.
13. DECLARATION OF CONFORMITY WITH EUROPEAN STANDARDS
The mark placed on the product indicates that the product complies with
the basic requirements and other provisions of the so-called "Directive of
