Step 37
Install the blower housing
1. Place the blower housing bracket over
the top two studs.
2. Rest the blower housing on the bracket
and secure the four bolts between the
blower housing fl ange and the
manifold.
3. Install the bolts and nuts between the
bracket and the blower housing.
4. Adjust the blower housing until level
and tighten the mounting bolts on the
bracket at boiler front and at housing.

Install the control panel and connect wiring
1. Slide the control panel onto the studs
and secure with nuts provided.
2. Connect the loose wires (identifi ed with
destination tags).
3. Make sure all of the following connections are made. Some of these connections will
be made in later steps as additional components are added. See the wiring diagrams
supplied with the boiler for details. The following is a list of connections to be made.
Wires are tagged with destinations.
4. When boiler assembly is complete, follow the boiler manual and the wiring diagrams to
complete fi eld control wiring and power connections.
