Maintenance and Servicing Manual

FAM 200 FluidAqua Mobil

5.10 Function Test - Level Sensor, Vacuum column (14,15,16)

Tools needed:

•

Philips head screwdrivers PH#2 + PH#3

•

Open-end wrench, size 13

Steps:

Undo the securing screw of the level sensor plug.

Pull off the plug.

Remove the cover including the level sensor.

Hook the cover onto the vacuum column as shown in the picture

to the left.

Check level sensor for dirt build-up, if necessary clean it.

Check the function of the level sensor at the inputs of the PLC.

Slide the float switches by hand.
The main switch of the FAM has to be in the ON position.
(See picture below.)
