Maintenance and Servicing Manual

FAM 200 FluidAqua Mobil

Caution: Fluid will squirt out of the forward-flow hose.

Thoroughly blow out the cooler with compressed air.

Reassemble components in reverse order.

Remove the cover panel [

], level switch [

], and bung

plug [

] of the filling opening.

Fill the pump with hot water (60-65°C) via the filling

opening or opening of the level switch until water exits
from the filling opening.

Seal off the filling opening with the bung plug.

Fill the VacuCleaner via the level sensor opening:

FAM 200

: 4 liters

Install the level sensor back in place.

Start up the vacuum pump in manual mode (see section

on operating the unit via the manual menu in

FAM

Set the vacuum pressure via the choker valve to ca.

250 mbar (abs).

After 5 minutes capture ca. 2 liters of the cleaning fluid

in the measuring receptacle via the drain line.

Remove the covering of the outlet nozzle (A) and carefully

fill the captured cleaning fluid in the outlet nozzle (A).

Capture ca. 4 liters of the cleaning fluid in the measuring

receptacle via the drain line.

Remove the suction line from the inlet nozzle (b).

Carefully fill the cleaning fluid in the inlet nozzle.

Install the suction line back in place.

Operate the vacuum pump in manual mode for

minutes

(CAUTION: Manual Menu mode automatically switches
off after 15 minutes, i.e. the manual menu has to be
restarted twice during the 45-minute period.)

Switch off the pump in the manual menu after 45 minutes

or 3 cycles.

Drain the vacuum pump via the drain line.
