Use and maintenance manual

S--20DS

1 - BELT TENSION DISPLAY

Display showing the belt tension value. The machine will not start working unless

the belt is set to a tension of between 1200 and 1250 Kg

2 -- EMERGENCY STOP MUSHROOM BUTTON

Pressing this button immediately stops machine operation. The emergency

button, designed to conform to all safety standards, is positioned so that it is

easily accessible at any time and is clearly visible --- being a red button on a yellow

background. To reset the emergency button, rotate actuator by 45

3 - VICE OPENING/CLOSING SELECTOR (only present in the AV

version)

Selector for the opening and closing of the cutting vice.

4 - START BUTTON

The cutting cycle is allowed to start if the blade motor selector has been activated.

5 - HEAD DOWNSTROKE SPEED REGULATOR

The hydraulic circuit flow regulator can be used to set the cutting head down-

stroke speed.

6 - BLADE MOTOR SELECTOR

During normal operation of the machine, this enables or disables the cutting cycle

start button (START).

7 - COOLANT SELECTOR

This selector can be used to deliver the coolant in the manner most compatible

with the operation to be carried out. There are three options: manual gun

delivery, no delivery or automatic delivery on startup of the working cycle.

8 - RESET KEY

Resets the machine after an emergency condition or conflicting command.
