How to adjust finishing size.

①

Load internal circle pattern(Ø 50).

②

Execute the beveled process and the rimless process for all types of lenses.

③

Check the size of processed lenses and input the adjustment value.

•

How to adjust polishing size
Add polishing option and proceed with the same step for adjusting finishing size.

•

How to input adjustment value (Flat edging without polishing, PL lens).

If the size of internal circle (Ø50) data is 52mm, input -1.0 for Finishing Size



Rimless



PL value.

•

Remember that the adjustment value is based on radius. (Do not confuse with the Frame
Fitting value. Frame Fitting value is based on diameter).

•

Adjust the value within the tolerance ±0.1mm.
