The controller controls refrigeration temperature
and is factory installed inside the control panel .
Adjust the control to maintain the discharge
air temperature shown above . Measure dis-
charge air temperatures at the center of the
discharge louver . Defrosts are time initiated and temperature
terminated for self-contained models . The defrost
settings are factory set as shown above .
To ensure a thorough defrost, defrost must be
terminated by the temperature termination
setting — not by time .

Notes:
The cases are pre programmed with
AP2 as default, which is low temp
frozen food application .
If the customer needs Medium temp
application, the default settings are to
comply with NSF 7 Type 1 .
