CHANGING THE NEEDLE PLATE
1. Remove the presser foot and slide off the bobbin
cover.
2. Make sure that the feed teeth are lowered. Place the
screwdriver under the needle plate as shown in the
picture and gently turn the screwdriver to pop off the
needle plate.
3. With feed teeth lowered, place the needle plate so that

cover.
INSERTING THE BOBBIN
1. Remove the bobbin cover by sliding it towards you.
2. Place the bobbin in the bobbin case. The bobbin only
GURSVLQRQHZD\ZLWKWKHORJRIDFLQJXS7KHWKUHDG
unreels from the left of the bobbin. The bobbin
will then rotate counter-clockwise when you pull the
thread.

Note: The bobbin cover can be used as a magnifying glass to make
threading easier.
CHANGING THE PRESSER FOOT
1. Make sure that the needle is in the highest position.
Pull the presser foot down and towards you.
2. Line up the cross pin on the foot with the gap in the
presser foot ankle.
3. Push the foot into the clip until the foot snaps into
place.
