SPECIFICATIONS - OPERATION - MAINTENANCE

EN - 47

CAUTION*:

AVOID USING HIGH-PRESSURE WATER OR 

AIR JETS on the ELECTRICAL COMPONENTS 

and on the FUEL INJECTION SYSTEM, the 

dashboard  (3),  the  radiator  (4),  the 

throttle body (5) and switches (6) and 

(7).

-  Wash the saddle with mild, non-aggressive detergent and 

dry thoroughly after washing.

After washing:

-  Lubricate the drive chain, the lever and pedal controls 

and the clutch cable.

-  Briefly warm up the engine.

WARNING*:

Never wax or lubricate the brake discs 

since this could lead to a loss of braking 

efficiency  and  could  cause  an  accident. 

Clean the disc with a solvent such as ac

-

etone.

After washing, braking efficiency could be 

temporarily reduced due to the presence 

of water on the friction surfaces of the 

brake discs and pads. You should there

-

fore calculate a longer braking distance 

and repeatedly use the brakes until the 

friction surfaces have completely dried.
