WIRING DIAGRAM, CABLING – 230 V

Assembly diagram

The assembly diagram shows the colours
and positions of the connection cables
for the electrical connections.

Component placement

Figure 1 

The figure shows the position of the
components and cables in the motor
housing when the cover is removed. 

Note the two earth cables are attached

with a screw to the gear box cover.

The figure below shows how the compo-
nents and cables are assembled.

The figure shows the stator's two connec-
tions to the circuit board.

The figure shows how the cables are to be
attached in the motor housing.

Note that the upper bracket has two

attachments for the cable. The narrow
one is designed for machines for 230 V
while the thick one is designed for 120 V.
