• After some hours of use, carry out a general
retightening of all nuts and bolt.
• Clean machine after each use.

OIL
• Check
the engine oil
every day. Refer to the
engine manual for the replacement schedule. Use:
- SAE 10W30 motor oil with API class MS, SD,
SE or better for PETROL engines.
• To empty the motor, place a funnel at the drain
outlet

Store in a dry place, not accessible to

Maintain the tools carefully.
FAULT FINDING
In the event of faulty operation refer to the tables
below to find a solution.
Dispose of the old oil as laid down by
the regulations in force.

start.

• Ineffective operation with jerks and
considerable vibration
- No noticeable work
done
- Drum at lowest
position
- Maximum wear
- Abnormal vibration
when grooving or
milling
- Abnormal cutter
wear
- Check the setting of
the drum (mills)
- Change the drum or
the cutters, brush,
etc . . .
- Check the rotation of
the cutters on the
four shafts.
- Change the drum or
the cutters.
