1. Pull the tool angle handle rearward to raise the tool
holder from the floor.
2. Sharpen the blade with an angle grinder. Use a
grinding disc with a grit of 120.
WARNING:
Make sure that the
grinding disc does not catch the edge or
corner of the blade.
a) Grind the top edge of the blade for bevel up.
b) Grind the bottom edge of the blade for bevel
down.
To replace the tool holder
WARNING:
Use protective gloves. The
blades are very sharp.
WARNING:
Disconnect the product
from the power source before you replace
the tool holder.
1. Use the tool hight switch to lift the tool holder from
the floor.
2. Pull and hold the pin (A).

3. Remove the tool holder (B).
4. Install in the opposite sequence.

Cause
Solution
The product does not
start.
The cable is disconnected or damaged.
Connect the extension cable or if it is neces-
sary, replace the extension cable.
Make sure that the cable is replaced if it is
damaged.
The switch in the retractable cable reel is
operated.
Push in the switch.
The emergency stop button is engaged.
Turn the emergency stop button on the con-
trol panel clockwise to disengage.
