Maintenance
Introduction
WARNING:
Before you do
maintenance, you must read and
understand the safety chapter.
For all servicing and repair work on the product, special
training is necessary. We guarantee the availability of
professional repairs and servicing. If your dealer is not
a service agent, speak to them for information about the
nearest service agent.
Maintenance schedule
* = General maintenance done by the operator. The
instructions are not given in this operator's manual.
X = The instructions are given in this operator's manual.
O = The instructions are not given in this operator's
manual. Let an approved service agent do the
maintenance.

Clean the product.

Do a check of all safety devices.

Do a check of the RCD.

Do a check of the wear and sharpness of the blade.

Make sure that all electrical connectors are clean.

Make sure that the motors are clean.

Do a check of the connections of the frequency inverter.

Clean the frequency inverter.
*
Make sure that the cooling fans on the frequency inverter and the motor operate
correctly.

Do a check for external damage of the product.
*
Do a complete servicing and cleaning of the product.

Clean the electrical cable.

Do a check for damage of the electrical cable.
*
Do a check of the retractable cable reel.
*
To do a general inspection
• Make sure that the nuts and screws on the product
are tightened.
• Make sure that the cables on the product are not in a
position where they can become damaged.
• Examine the electrical parts for damage. Do not
operate a product that has damaged electrical parts.
To clean the product
• Always clean all the equipment after use. Use a
vacuum cleaner.
• Do not use a high-pressure washer to clean the
product.
• Keep the air openings clean and clear to make
sure that the product always has sufficiently cool
temperature.
