BEFORE FIRST START
1.
Clean the equipment in accordance with the instructions presented in the "Maintenance
and care" section.
SWITCHING THE EQUIPMENT ON
1.
Turn on the power (put the male connector into the female socket).
2.
Energize the equipment using the power switch (7). Thereat, the indicator lamp (green)
should light informing that the equipment is switched on, the cutter (1) shall start
rotating.
3.
Set the required slice thickness using the cutting thickness regulator (8).
4.
Take the product pusher (5) from the shield (2). Put the product on the carriage (6) and
press it against the shield using the pusher.
The pusher is equipped with pins that help to keep the product.
5.
Take the product pusher handle. Deliver the product to the rotating cutter while
simultaneously moving the carriage.
6.
Upon completion of work turn the cutting thickness regulator to the position of "0",
switch the equipment off using the power switch, take the product from the carriage
and collect product slices.
EQUIPMENT SHUT-DOWN
1.
Turn the cutting thickness regulator to the position of "0".
2.
Switch the equipment off using the power switch.
3.
Turn off the power (put the male connector out of the female socket).
MAINTENANCE AND CARE
Before any maintenance it is necessary to cut off power supply. The cutting thickness
regulator shall be in the position of "0".
CLEANING THE EQUIPMENT
The equipment should not be cleaned using any abrasive materials, metallic sponges
and brushes, pricking and cutting items, aggressive chlorine-containing cleaning agents,
gasoline, acids, alkalies and solvents.
Washing of the equipment under a direct water stream or submergence thereof into
water or any other liquid is not allowed.
The following operations shall be performed daily upon completion of work:
1.
Wipe the case and carriage of the gastronomic machine with a soft sponge or cloth
wetted with warm soap solution. Remove solution residues with a clean wet cloth and
wipe the machine dry.
2.
Remove the cutter protective cap, wash it with warm soap solution, thoroughly swill it
out with clean water and wipe it dry.
3.
Wipe the cutter with a clean wet sponge or cloth. Wipe it dry.
You should be particularly careful while performing this operation. Put on protective
gloves and do not touch the cutter blade with your hands.
4.
Fit the protective cap in place.
