Food transport trolley

You can regrease the water drain taps with lubricating grease approved for use in the food industry to main-
tain tightness and ease of movement.
To clean the food transport trolley, proceed as follows:
§
Switch off the appliance with the On/Off switch, pull out the mains plug and insert it into the plug park
provided.
§
Allow the appliance to cool down.
§
Drain off the bain-marie wells.
§
Wipe the bain-marie wells and descale if required.
§
Clean the heated cupboards.
§
Wipe the exterior panelling, folding shelves and shelves of the appliance.
