If Park Enable is set to ON, camera runs assigned function automatically 
if there is no PTZ command during assigned "Wait Time".

A camera automatically run a "Part Action" if 
there is no command from controller for this time 
period.

Sets what a camera should do when there is no 
command from a controller for the pre-defined 
time period (
