Linking the Downriggers
Use the Link tab to link or merge your downrigger’s settings with another
downrigger so that both downriggers act the same. This is very useful when you
are creating a V-pattern or trying to match jigging routines with your
downriggers. Once linked, downriggers move as one when activated (lowered),
parked, or when making setting changes from the Edit Downrigger submenu.
When downriggers are intially linked, both downriggers will take on the settings
of the lowest numbered downrigger. For example, linking 3 and 1 would cause
3 to have all of the same settings as 1.

To create a linked set of downriggers, you will press the DOWN 4-WAY Cursor
key until the desired Link row is highlighted, then highlight the downriggers that
you want to link, then highlight the boxes below the first number of the
downrigger that you link. You will use the 4-WAY Cursor keys to select and
deselect the individual boxes.
