Step 3: Attach the front post
1. Remove the pre-assembled 4 M8 Allen Head Bolts
(18), 4 M8 Curve Washers (4) and 4 M8 Spring Washers
(3) from Mainframe (1).
2. Connect the socket of Middle Section Sensor Wire
(19) to the plug of Sensor Wire (20).
3. Connect the lead head of Tension Knob (22) to
the bracket of the Bottom Section Tension Cable (21).
(See figure A1-A4)
4. Insert the Front Post (16) to Main frame (1), and
tighten with 4 M8 Allen Head Bolts (18), 4 M8 Curve
Washers (4) and 4 M8 Spring Washers (3).
5. Please use the tool 6 mm sleeve wrench (70).
NOTE: Make sure you fasten the bolts securely to avoid
shaking and discomfort when
cycling.
Step 4: Attach the handlebar and the computer bracket
1. Attach the Handlebar (31) with 2 Hand Pulse and 2 End Caps to Front Post (16) and secure with a Handlebar Spacer
(32), a Handlebar Cover (17) and the Handlebar Knob (24).
2. Through the Middle Section Sensor Wire (19) and the 2 Hand Pulse wire (33) into the hole on the Computer Bracket.
Attach the Computer Bracket (23) to Front Post (16). Secured the bracket (23) with 1 M4 x 15 Flat pan head screw
(47) use the tool 6 mm sleeve wrench.
