SMART Mode Programming

 

The TMA software is designed to remotely program Clean Phone

®

 analog telephones for SMART mode 

operation.  The telephones can be locally programmed for SMART operation but there is no advantage to 
having a Clean Phone

®

 analog telephone set up for SMART mode without having TMA installed. 

Clean Phone

®

 analog telephones should be programmed for standard mode operation when installed in 

systems that do not have TMA installed but will have TMA operational in the future.  The installed 
telephones can be reprogrammed from the TMA PC upon installation of TMA.
